Kim Jong-un's sister criticized the Ukrainian president for his claims about North Korea, and the U.S. for providing aid to Ukraine.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Thursday that Moscow viewed the notion of "denuclearising" North Korea as a "closed issue" as it understood Pyongyang's logic of relying on nuclear weapons as the foundation of its defence.

As Russia made progress in revising its nuclear policy amid its war with Ukraine, North Korea vowed to never give up its own nuclear weapons despite demands from the West.
