Chemical cloud over Atlanta results in new shelter-in-place order
Residents in Atlanta, Georgia, were ordered to shelter in place after chemical cloud moved to a new neighborhood. The chemical cloud was the result of a chlorine factory fire, according to The Associated Press. This shelter in place order took place following the same order being placed in Rockdale County where a chemical fire caused problems.
