The governor is offering a $10,000 reward for info on Seth Altman, now a Texas top 10 fugitive, who is accused of shooting the Memphis police chief.

Seth Altman, 33, who was last seen in Memphis, Texas, around 80 miles south of Amarillo. He is sought in connection with the injury of a law enforcement officer.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the alert was issued for Seth Altman, 33, of Memphis, for "the killing or serious injury of an officer" in Hall County, which sits in the panhandle, just southeast of Amarillo.
