Line Fire initially started 6:33 p.m. Sep. 5 in San Bernardino County. It has burned 43,890 acres after being active for 27 days. A crew of 2,277 firefighters has been working on site and they managed to contain 79% of the fire as of Wednesday morning. The fire is suspected to have been started deliberately.

Cal Fire ordered residents in Seven Oaks and the Barton Flats area, including all campgrounds and cabins, to evacuate as the Line fire threatened.

It has burned 42,836.6 acres after being active for 24 days, an increase of 2,618 acres since the last update. A crew of 1,195 firefighters has been working on site and they managed to contain 83% of the fire as of Sunday evening. The fire is suspected to have been started deliberately.
