Impacted voters will receive a full ballot in the upcoming election following a quick decision by the state's highest court on Sept. 20.

State officials said on Monday an additional 120,000 voters may have been affected by a database error over citizenship records.

PHOENIX - A failure to document the citizenship status of Arizona voters is now estimated to affect as many as 218,000 people - more than double what state election officials initially said after discovering the mistake this month.

State officials say more Arizonans are affected by a voter registration system error that allowed them to register to vote without providing proof of citizenship.
